1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between La Colombine Aparthotel and any client making a booking. Confirmation of a booking entails the client’s full and complete acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking and Deposit
Any booking is considered firm after payment of a 30% deposit on the total stay amount. The balance of the stay is payable in full upon the client’s arrival.
3. Payment Methods
- Bank transfers: transfers must be made to La Colombine’s official account at BRED Madagasikara.
- On-site: cash payments (MGA) and credit card payments are accepted. A 3% bank commission applies to card transactions.
4. Cancellation and Modification Policy
In case of cancellation or unforeseen circumstances, the 30% deposit will not be refunded but will be kept as a credit, valid for a future stay subject to the establishment’s availability. If a refund is exceptionally granted, bank fees related to the transaction will be deducted from the amount refunded. The refund will be made net of any bank commission.
5. Additional Services
Additional services such as transfers (port/airport/hotels), concierge services (chef, baby-sitting), as well as activities and excursions are available upon prior request. These services are billed in addition to the rates communicated by the establishment.
6. Stay (Check-in / Check-out)
- Check-in: from 12:00 PM.
- Check-out: before 11:00 AM. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
